How to place an order

  1. Register on our online store or log in to your customer account.
  2. Browse our catalog and add to cart the products you wish to purchase.
  3. Click “Proceed to checkout” to start the process.
  4. Enter your shipping address (and billing address if different). Choose your delivery method (home delivery or pickup) and your payment method: Credit/Debit Card, Bizum or Bank Transfer.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and confirm your order.
  6. Done! You’ll receive an order confirmation and we’ll start preparing your shipment.

After confirming your order

  • You’ll receive an email with your order details and the invoice (for bank transfers, the invoice is sent once payment is confirmed).
  • You can check your order status under “My Account > My Orders and Returns” and download your invoice there.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking updates with all shipment information.

Delivery times and notes

  • Standard delivery time: 24–96 business hours (estimated).
  • Carriers usually deliver until approximately 7:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier logistics.
