Return Process
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for accessories such as sprays, creams, insoles or socks for hygiene reasons.
- IMPORTANT: Do not stick the shipping label directly onto the product’s original packaging. Please use an additional bag or box to protect it.
- If the return does not meet these conditions, the refund will not be processed and the items will be returned with postage due.
How to make a return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions and arrange the collection or drop-off of the parcel.
Return cost: A €5 management fee will be deducted automatically from your refund amount.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days after we receive the returned item in our warehouse.
- If the order was placed using a coupon or discount, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally.
- If a partial return reduces the total below the free shipping threshold (€60), an additional €5 will be deducted to cover shipping costs.
Remember: Elitekeepers reserves the right to refuse returns that are late or do not meet the conditions established above.
