Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order within a maximum of 15 days from when we receive the product in warehouse, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
In the case of payment by bank card, the refund will be paid to the same card with which you finalized the order.
If the recipient of the products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.
If your refund amount is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Remember that Elitekeepers reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline and those that contain items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
