The deadline to make a change is 30 days from receiving the order. You cannot return accessories type items such as: sprays, creams, insoles and socks..
The products will be returned in the same condition in which you received them (unused, unwashed, with the interior and exterior labels still attached, without repairs, together with their complete original packaging and together with any accessories related to them) and with the corresponding purchase receipt.
Elitekeepers reserves the right to reject exchanges after the deadline or if the products are not in the same condition as when they were sent, or if they do not meet our exchange and return conditions.
To make changes to items in the store, you can show the invoice sent in the order confirmation on your mobile device. If you wish, you can also access and print the invoice that appears in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT - MY ORDERS AND RETURNS - DETAILS.

The first size change on orders sent to Peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands is free. For international orders, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
You can make the exchange as long as it is for the same item (same reference number) in another color or size.. The model must be in perfect condition, without any modification to the original price and that the store has it in stock. If it is not in stock when we receive it, we will make a return. If you want a different product, you must place a new order..
To make the change you have two options:
- Changing size at a Post Office: We recommend delivering to official Post Office offices, not to external collection points. You can also request the return from your customer account in "my orders and returns", by clicking on "details" on the order you want to return.
- Size change at home: Free. The first size change is free in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For international orders, shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
