Size Exchange Process

If you need to change the size, the first size exchange is free of charge within mainland Spain and Portugal.

How to request a size exchange

  1. Have your order number and the desired size ready.
  2. Contact our team using one of the following methods:

Exchange conditions

  • The exchange is for the same model in a different size.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and in the original packaging.
  • Request your exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to receive a different product, it must be done through a new order.
  • The first exchange is free; additional exchanges will incur shipping costs.

What happens next?

  • We’ll confirm the collection or drop-off point by email or WhatsApp.
  • Once we receive and check the item, we’ll ship the new size.
  • During peak periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

Note: Keep the original packaging. Do not attach labels directly to it; use an extra bag or box instead.
