When our logistics team has your order ready and ships it, they notify you by email. In that message they tell you the complete content of your order.
In multiple orders it is possible that you receive your order in more than one package because the items are in different warehouses. In this case, you will receive an email informing you that you will receive the order in more than one package.
It is important to keep in mind that each package will have a different tracking number. Once we prepare the order in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package in question. It is possible that packages will be delivered on different days.
This service has no additional cost to the client.
