Official Rules for the Elitekeepers Sponsorship Giveaway

1. Organizer

Elitekeepers, a registered trademark of Elite Keeper S.L. (CIF: B72365646), with its registered office at Calle Albert Einstein 12, El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), Spain, organizes the Elitekeepers Annual Sponsorship Giveaway to support the goalkeeper community and promote the sport.

2. Participants

The giveaway is open to all individuals who register on our website [elitekeepers.com] from the start date of the giveaway until the annual closing date. Participation is free and does not require a purchase.

  • Participants must reside in Spain.
  • Only goalkeepers of any age and skill level may participate.
  • One entry per person (duplicate registrations will be removed).
  • Participation implies full acceptance of these official rules.

3. Entry Period

  • The registration period closes each year on August 31 at 11:59 PM (Spain time).
  • The winner will be randomly selected in September and announced on Elitekeepers’ official social media channels.

4. Prize

The winner will receive 8 pairs of Elitekeepers goalkeeper gloves of their choice from the available collection at the time of selection.

  • All gloves must be of the same size.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
  • Elitekeepers will cover shipping costs within Spain. (Adjustable if needed).

5. Selection Process

  • The winner will be selected randomly and transparently using a giveaway selection tool to ensure fairness.
  • The winner will be contacted via email and official Elitekeepers social media accounts.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

6. Disqualification

Elitekeepers reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false or fraudulent information.
  • Attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
  • Fails to meet the participation requirements.

7. Data Protection

Elitekeepers guarantees that participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD).

  • Purpose of data processing: Participant data will be used exclusively for managing the giveaway and sending commercial information, including updates, promotions, and offers related to Elitekeepers.
  • Participant rights: Participants may access, correct, or delete their personal data by writing to contacto@elitekeepers.com.
  • Opt-out options: Participants may unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time by emailing contacto@elitekeepers.com or clicking "Unsubscribe" in the footer of any received emails.

8. Modifications and Liability

Elitekeepers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing its normal execution.

Elitekeepers is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, prize delivery delays, or any other issues beyond the company’s control.

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these official rules.
