You can locate your order from your customer account by clicking on "my orders and returns" under "details" of the order you want to know the status of.

In that section you can review its status from confirmation to delivery. Likewise, we will inform you of the preparation and shipping of your order and, if there is any type of delay, we will notify you.

In the email we send you to notify you that your order is already in transport, we will indicate the tracking code with the carrier.
